Former CPO, with over 25 years of international human capital experience across software and private equity, Carol has a strong track record of building world-class leadership teams and transforming organizational capability and performance across multiple sectors.

Carol has actively driven transformation and change in over 20 global organizations. With a passion for talent, she approaches teams with a deep understanding of their leadership context. She aims to create strong alignment across all constituents to drive change and operating performance.

Alongside her role as Operating Partner and Talent Advisor, Carol has a successful coaching practice for executives in Private Equity and serves on the Board of Advania.
